# FREYA — Whitepaper (v1 draft) **FREYA — The meme starts here.** A community-powered meme coin on BNB Smart Chain, with a transparent, gamified 90-day launch (Genesis 90) and honest, verifiable tokenomics. > **Not financial advice. After launch, **nobody can mint more, change the rules, pause transfers, blacklist wallets, or upgrade the contract.** This has been verified on-chain on testnet and will be verified again on mainnet at launch. **Why so plain?** The strongest trust signal a meme coin can give is a contract with nothing to hide — no owner keys, no tax switch, no upgrade backdoor. FREYA's risk lives in the market and in how liquidity is handled, not in the token code. ## 2. Treasury and Team wallets are intended to be **multisig**. **Burn / deflation (optional, manual):** FREYA has no burn function, so `totalSupply()` stays fixed; "burning" means sending tokens from the burn reserve to a dead address, reducing circulating supply. Any monthly burn is **discretionary and transparent**, and does **not** guarantee a price increase. > All figures above are a working plan, not final, and can change before mainnet. > FREYA will never claim liquidity, holders, volume, or market cap that don't exist. ## 3. Genesis 90 — a gamified, fair launch Genesis 90 is a **90-day community campaign** that rewards real participation, not just holding. - **Month 1 — Weekly Wars:** 4 weekly competitions, leaderboard resets each week. - **Month 2 — Bi-weekly Battles:** 2 competition periods. - **Month 3 — Genesis Finale:** 1 monthly leaderboard. Top **verified** participants each period become eligible for **discretionary community airdrop rewards** (see §6). ### FREYA XP (persistent) Members earn **XP** for verified actions (joining Telegram, connecting a wallet, daily activity, verified referrals, approved memes/content, community contributions). XP is cumulative, powers **levels** (Sprout → Core → Warrior → Elite → Genesis), and continues beyond Genesis 90. > **XP is not FREYA, not cash, not transferable, not purchasable, and does not > guarantee any financial return.** Perks are community/status only. ### FREYA Score (per-period leaderboard) Ranking each period uses a weighted, normalized **FREYA Score** — not raw holdings: - Referral **40%**, Community **25%**, Content **20%**, XP **15%** (weights are admin-configurable). - Each component is normalized to the period's maximum so no single lever dominates; the **XP component uses XP earned within that period** (fair to newcomers). The leaderboard resets every period. ## 4. Anti-abuse & fairness Rewards only mean something if they can't be farmed. FREYA Genesis includes: - **No self-referrals**, no rewarding duplicate/bot accounts, fake clicks, or purchased traffic. - **Device / IP clustering** and **registration-velocity** checks (privacy- preserving — only salted hashes are stored, never raw IPs). - Referrals only count after **verification criteria** are met, not on a raw click. - Rate limiting on sensitive endpoints; optional CAPTCHA. - Suspicious accounts are **flagged for human review** (states: Normal / Flagged / Under review / Disqualified). The system **never auto-accuses** — only an admin disqualifies, and flagged accounts are excluded from the leaderboard pending review. ## 5. Holder status & separation of concerns The system clearly separates four different things and never conflates them: **token balance ≠ XP ≠ leaderboard score ≠ airdrop reward.** Holding FREYA can contribute to XP or eligibility, but there is **no passive yield** and **no promise of daily/monthly returns.** On-chain balances are read directly from the blockchain, never trusted from user input. ## 6. Airdrops — simulation-first, human-approved Airdrops are handled conservatively: 1. A period ends → the leaderboard is snapshotted → verified, non-flagged participants are ranked. 2. Admins generate an **allocation list in simulation mode** — **no tokens are sent.** The list can be exported to CSV and reviewed. 3. The **owner explicitly approves** the list. 4. Actual distribution is a **separate, manual, gated settlement step** performed by the owner outside the app. The gamification backend has **no ability to send tokens** and no hot keys. Rewards are **discretionary community airdrops**, shown as "potential" until a period ends and eligibility is verified — never presented as guaranteed. ## 7. AI-powered marketing FREYA plans to use **AI as a growth and community engine**, applied honestly and transparently: - **AI-assisted content:** generating meme concepts, social posts, captions, short-form video scripts, and campaign variations for the team to review and publish — increasing output without fabricating engagement. - **Campaign automation:** AI-assisted scheduling, A/B variations, and performance summaries to focus effort where the community actually responds. - **Community support:** AI-assisted responses to common questions and onboarding, with humans in the loop for anything sensitive. - **Trend awareness:** using AI to spot relevant memetic trends early so the community can react while a moment is live. - **Roadmap:** progressively **automating what can be safely automated** (content drafting, scheduling, reporting), always with human approval before anything is published, and never used to fake holders, volume, or engagement. > AI is a tool to help a **real** community grow — not a substitute for one, and > not a mechanism to manufacture demand. Roadmap - **Phase 1 — Birth:** token, website, initial liquidity, X + Telegram, Genesis 90. - **Phase 2 — Community:** meme contests, quests, meme generator, holder milestones, AI-assisted marketing automation. - **Phase 3 — FREYA Movement:** community utilities and additional ecosystem features, decided with the community.
